E! News caught up with the Fifth Harmony singer on the red pink carpet at the 2016 CMT Awards in Nashville, Tenn., and when we asked the brunette beauty how her fellow squad member is holding up after everything that went down, she told us, "She's good. She was just in Nashville."
T. Swift has made moving on look easy, spending time with friends and family and even surprising a couple at their wedding following the split. She was most recently spotted heading out of the gym after enjoying a good workout.
"Taylor is extremely upbeat when she works out. She always really takes her workouts seriously and has a smile on her face while pushing through," a source told E! News of her fitness routine. "Her body is in amazing shape."
The insider added, "She did not speak about Adam or mention anything about the breakup. Overall she was really happy and seemed like nothing was bothering her."
While Taylor has been spotted out, she hasn't spoken about the split publicly, unlike Harris.
"The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect," the music producer wrote in his only statement acknowledging the split. The tweet was subsequently retweeted by Taylor.
As for why they split, E! News exclusively reported that they're simply "very different people," according to a source. Another insider noted that the pair "were just not very compatible in different areas in their relationship" and ultimately "seemed like they were more friends than lovers."
