When Megan Fox last appeared on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! in February, few knew the actress was expecting her third child with husband Brian Austin Green. "I was definitely pregnant," she told Jimmy Kimmel when she returned to the show Tuesday. "I was already in my second trimester. I had on like three pairs of Spanx and we were really harnessing that in."

"Do you feel, in a way, like you lied to me by coming out here pregnant and not indicating it?" Jimmy asked. Megan fired back, "Do you feel like I owe you that sort of intimate information?"

Megan said her sons, Noah Shannon Green, 3, and Bodhi Ransom Green, 2, are excited to welcome another sibling; they have a 14-year-old half-brother, Kassius Green, from Brian's relationship with Vanessa Marcil. "I've showed them with a baby doll how the baby is going to turn upside down. They know where the baby is coming out. They know all that," the actress said. "Bodhi thinks it's really funny that you're going to feed the baby with your boobies. He thinks that's hilarious. But they're not scared. They don't know. They think it sounds normal."

"The older one's aware," she added, "but he's excited."

Megan and Brian, who've been together since 2004, are close to deciding upon a name for their next child. "It's not locked in yet," she said. "I have no middle name yet; we're still searching."

The best part of being pregnant with Baby No. 3 is knowing what to expect. "It's easier doing it, because I've had a baby every other year since 2012. So your body gets used to it. With the first one, I was really afraid that something was going to go wrong, and then with the second one, he came so soon after the first one it was all a blur," the mom-to-be recalled. "And then with this one I've been a little more relaxed, but because I know how it hurts as we get closer to the date and we're getting closer, I do still get nervous about that, because that pain is no joke."

"I know," Jimmy said.

"Oh, do you know?" Megan asked.

"You know how I know?" Jimmy asked. "My wife tells me like every three days."

Megan said she, like many moms, is apt to "forget" the pain of childbirth. "You get temporary amnesia in order to further the human race," she explained, "otherwise there would be no people left."

During a previous Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance, Megan confessed that she's been able to communicate with her children while they're still in the womb. "You don't hear an audible voice, but I feel like you receive messages from the child if you're open to it," she explained. "For instance, this baby wanted me to live somewhere else, so we're moving to a whole different place in Los Angeles because I feel like that's where this baby wants to be raised."

That's not all Baby No. 3 has revealed. "I also feel like this baby is telling me it's kind of like a Wernher von Braun or an Elon Musk, like a super genius," she said, referring to the engineers. Thankfully, Brian is "OK" with following Megan's maternal instincts. "He trusts me at this point because I've made so many good calls," the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows star said. "I know it sounds crazy, like I'm a lunatic, but I've made some really good decisions based on what I think the higher self is telling me to do. So, now he just goes along with it." Because Jimmy couldn't believe she was so trusting, Megan said, "I don't think an infant is going to say, 'No, not this one. We need to move down the street.' I mean, anything is possible."

"A 7-year-old may say, though, 'You know, I'd like to live in Sleeping Beauty's Castle at Disneyland,'" Jimmy argued. "That's correct," Megan, 30, said. "In which case, we can't make that happen. We can't make magic happen. But do you just ignore your children when they ask you for things that they want?" Jimmy doesn't ignore his children, but he said, "If they told me, 'Dad, we have to move,' I'd say, 'Why? Is there a ghost in the house? Is the devil after us?"

"What if they were like, 'I feel like I would thrive in that environment as opposed to this one?'" Megan asked. Jimmy—who has two adult children from a previous marriage, as well as a 23-month-old daughter, Jane Kimmel, with wife Molly McNearney—gave a sarcastic response. "I would hit 'em right in the head," he told Megan. "We don't use words like 'thrive' in my family."
