If you thought your Memorial Day weekend was going to be without a photo of Justin Bieber posing in his undies, you thought wrong!
The singer gave his fans a risqué little treat in the form of an Instagram pic that left little to the imagination. Clad in only Calvin Klein underwear, Bieber pouts and broods for the camera while checking to make sure that his nether regions are still where they are supposed to be. Yep, he's grabbing his junk and looking pretty bummed about it in the process. Why so sad, Bieber?
We wish his caption gave us more insight into why he looks so down while flaunting his body, but all he wrote was "#mycalvins." Cheer up, buddy! Actually, if you look at his most recent Instagram snaps, you'll sense a theme. And that theme is "Debbie Downer," for sure:

Maybe it's because the Biebs is currently dealing with some legal trouble. Casey Dienel, an indie artist who goes by the stage name White Hinterland, is suing the singer for allegedly lifting a vocal rift from her song "Ring the Bell" to use on his track "Sorry." Skrillex, the producer on the track, denied the allegation on Twitter.
"Sorry but we didn't steal this" he wrote alongside a clip showing behind-the-scenes footage of their recording session.
