Megan Fox is giving Britney Spears a run for her money.
In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, Fox channels Brit's iconic schoolgirl look from her "...Baby One More Time" video.
In the new TMNT flick, Fox's character April O'Neil goes undercover by slipping into a short skirt, a cardigan sweater and a knotted white shirt that shows off her perfectly toned tummy. (Keep in mind Britney was just 16 when she made the video and Fox was 29 when she shot the movie.)
"They had a lot more footage, too," Fox told while promoting the second installment of the TMNT franchise. "I wonder if it's going to end up in the extras. They had a tracking shot, which was basically on my bum. I think it was too much for a kids movie which is why it didn't end up in there...We'll see what surfaces."
Fox, who wasn't pregnant at the time of the shooting like she is now, says she was prepared to flash her abs in time for filming. "I had already been working out a lot prior to filming the movie and I was eating really clean to the point where you're eating so clean that food is no longer exciting," she said. "Eating is a chore because you're eating macrobiotic...
"Then I try not to eat any big meals that day and drink as much water as possible," Fox added. "We filmed it over four different days so it was a long process."
Did she let herself go after they wrapped? "I think I just ate bread again. Even though I was eating healthy like Ezekiel bread, but just to have butter on it," Fox said. "There's nothing like that. Bread is the best."
She also admitted she has a sweet tooth.
"I can be a sweets person to the point that it's scary," she said. "I'm like my dad. If you bake pies for the holidays, he'll inhale pies in minutes. It's like you turn around and the whole pie is gone. I'm that way, too. I can eat a whole cake and a whole pie. I don't know where it goes and how. It just evaporates. It disappears. And I'm still hungry afterwards."
