Disney Channel's massive marathon of your favorite Disney Channel Original Movies has officially begun, meaning it's time to call in sick, clear your DVR, batten down the hatches, and settle in for a month of magic, mayhem, and kids getting into and out of impossible scrapes.
Without the Disney Channel and its original movies, we would probably live in a world without Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers and Zendaya. And where would we be without Zac Efron and his arms, huh? We'd be nowhere, that's where. Just floating along in the void, without memories of the song "Bet On It" and Efron's accompanying dance moves to get us through our meaningless existence.
While there are a lot of stars you probably remember from your favorite Disney Channel movies, there are also probably a lot that you've totally forgotten about, which is where we come in. The best thing about this list? Once you're reminded of a star you forgot, appeared in a DCOM, you can plan to watch that movie when it airs either as part of this weekend's marathon or at some point in June, when every single DCOM ever made will be making a return to TV, leading up to the premiere of the 100th DCOM, Adventures in Babysitting. Every movie will also be available on the Disney Channel app or on VOD as the summer continues.
