No matter what the haters say, Tamra Judge is proud of her figure today.
As the Real Housewives of Orange County star gears up for this weekend's Muscle Mania competition, the fitness enthusiast is finding the need to defend herself from a few negative nancys.
While posing for a selfie with her Lumee case, Tamra had a message to those who were quick to comment on her bikini body.
"Before all you mean people start pointing out the obvious about my belly button," she shared. "I had emergency surgery and was cut vertically down my stomach which screwed up my BB."
She added, "I'm obsessed with this @beccaswim ....I feel a trip to Cabo coming on @eddiejudge thank you @beccaswim for all the beautiful suits."
A few negative comments won't stop the Bravolebrity from keeping her eye on the prize. The woman behind Cut Fitness has been training several days a week for the national bodybuilding organization's event.
When asked how she stays so fit, the proud mother of four recently gave fans an inside look at her training regimen.
"I do an hour and half of split body parts and 1 hour of cardio a day," she told one fan who isn't able to attend classes at her gym in Orange County. As evident on Instagram, squats and weights are also involved. And yes, one of co-star Meghan King Edmonds' #Hashtag Hats are definitely part of the wardrobe.
With Saturday's competition only getting closer, Tamra knows she has plenty of support from her friends and family including husband Eddie Judge.
"You are more amazing today than ever baby," Eddie wrote in a text message posted on Instagram. "Super proud of you. love you."
