All eyes tend to be on Kate Middleton as she often shows off new outfits, but when she chooses to recycle an outfit people are even quicker to take note. The Duchess of Cambridge and husband Prince William have made it clear they want to live as normal lives as possible despite their royal circumstances, and repeating outfits has become a mainstay for the brunette bombshell.

But is it time for her to stop?

Over the past few weeks, Kate has recycled several Alexander McQueen ensembles. Tuesday she donned the same cream outfit she wore to Prince George's christening in 2013. Two kids later, it's impressive that she can wear the same outfits, but should enough be enough? Yes, she is trying to live life normally, and wearing the same outfits on a loop is epitome of normalcy, but at the end of the day she is royalty—why not take advantage?

No one is saying flaunt your privilege or wealth in people's faces, but given the means the royal family has why not splurge on a couple of new outfits. And let's be honest, is she really paying for these clothes? Probably not. Designers are probably sending them to her for free because to have a royal wear a designer's clothes is a privilege.

When Kate and Wills traveled to India and Bhutan, it was exciting to see Kate completely change up her wardrobes time and time again—the world couldn't get enough! Maybe now's the time to continue then excitement, because for as glamorous as her dresses and skirts are, they do eventually get stale no matter how you try to change up the accessories.

Then again, as a mother of two, maybe she doesn't want to have to worry about what she's wearing day in and day out—she has two kids running around! Yes, the Duchess of Cambridge obviously has a glam squad at her disposal, but maybe she doesn't want to spend all her time with them, so she runs into her closet and grabs the first outfit she sees.

From an optics perspective, perhaps she doesn't want to make the Palace look like it's constantly spending money on lavish designer duds. Repeating an outfit is far more economical, so we can't blame her for being fiscally responsible. And let's be honest, everyone repeats an outfit, so in a way Kate becomes more relatable every time she wears one of her coats or dresses.

At least she wears them in different ways...kind of.
