When it comes to celebrity crushes, Bindi Irwin goes local.
The 17-year-old Australian Dancing With the Stars alum and daughter of late Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin recently took the E! News Quiz and named some of her favorite things and people.
"Celebrity crush is Ruby Rose," Bindi told E! News' Carissa Culiner, referring to the popular Australian Orange Is the New Black and xXx: The Return of Xander Cage actress.
Bindi and Rose have corresponded on Twitter several times.

The actress, accompanied by then-partner Phoebe Dahl, had also hung out with Bindi in 2014 during a trip to the Australia Zoo, the wildlife park the Irwin family calls home.

"I was about to say I love the Dalai Lama but I don't know if that's really a crush, 'cause he's just amazing," the teen continued. "I'd say the Dalai Lama for someone I look up to and then Ruby Rose for celebrity crush, 'cause she is just amazing. You look at Ruby Rose and you're like, 'Wow, she's beautiful!' And one of the sweetest people on Planet Earth."
And speaking of Australian stars, Bindi was also asked about her favorite Hemsworth brother, a common dilemma for fans of both actors Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth.
"I love them both. My favorite Hemsworth brother is Luke then," she said, referring to their older brother.
While talking the E! News quiz, Bindi also revealed animals she likes. One of them is, of course, a crocodile.
She also talked about her favorite TV show—a popular ABC comedy, her favorite candy—a sweet, crunchy American favorite you cannot buy in Australia, as well as her ideal date night, which, no surprise here, involves the outdoors.
Bindi has been with boyfriend Chandler Powell for several years.
"I'm really lucky. I have the best boyfriend," she told Culiner. "Chandler is still with me, and we've been together quite a few years now, and I'm lucky."
