Michael Strahan made his first appearance on Good Morning America Tuesday since leaving Live! With Kelly and Michael (now Live! With Kelly), and it was business as usual.

The former NFL star didn't talk about his final episode, instead choosing to focus on the news at hand. He and his morning show co-hosts kicked off the day by talking about Ginger Zee moving onto the finals of Dancing With the Stars, and eventually Strahan introduced a segment about Tiger Woods, solidifying himself as the go-to sports guy.

Chrissy Teigen also appeared on this morning's GMA, where she sat down with Strahan to discuss baby Luna, motherhood and food—she is the author of Cravings, a cookbook, after all. Even though she seems to be married to the perfect guy, she has trouble admitting it because she doesn't want to boost his ego too much!

"I don't even want to say because everyone already thinks John is so perfect, so I love to kind of twist it and make sure people know that nobody is perfect but I have to say he's been great," Teigen shared when discussing husband John Legend helping out with their daughter.

She also addressed the mommy-shaming she faced after going out to dinner with her hubby less than two weeks after giving birth. "I know it was about 9-10 days after or something and we needed a break. We needed to go enjoy each other's company and be out," she explained to Strahan. "I used to read mommy blogs like crazy so I knew mom-bashing was a thing, but I didn't think it would come from going to dinner—that isn't something that I thought would happen.

"We went out for an hour, we had a good meal together. I think happy mommy, happy daddy, happy baby."

Unfortunately it didn't end there, but the "All of Me" crooner stepped in to defend his wife because he wasn't getting daddy-shamed. "I know that was really sweet of him because it kept going on and on and he had my back," she gushed.

Although they're loving their new life with their daughter, Teigen admitted some things have certainly changed. "I mean there's just no planning for anything anymore, which is hard for me, but it's been really fun," she confessed.
