Former Revenge Star Madeleine Stowe Robbed at Gunpoint While Naked Inside Her Private Home

Actress and her husband were sleeping when the intruder entered their residence

Madeleine Stowe appears to be the victim of an unexpected home invasion.

According to law enforcement documents obtained by TMZ, the former Revenge star was sleeping naked in her bed with husband Brian Benben when she heard someone running through the master bedroom.

When the actress went to check on the noise back in September 2015, she was confronted by an unknown man in her bathroom that pointed a handgun at her neck.

Ultimately, the intruder reportedly walked away with a jewelry collection estimated at nearly $75,000 after allegedly telling the actress, "I want all the valuable, I want something."

E! News can confirm that police later arrested Walter Canizalez. During an arraignment, bail was set at $925,000 and the defendant denied any and all charges against him. The courts ordered Walter to obey the protective order involving Madeleine and other possible victims. 

As to how authorities found the suspect, police say they busted the suspect as he was allegedly attempting another heist. As an added twist, cops say he was wearing a Spiderman mask during the alleged crime.

Fans may recognize Madeleine as Victoria Grayson from the ABC drama Revenge. Her performance earned her a Best Actress nomination at the 2012 Golden Globes.

She ultimately announced that she would be leaving the drama just one year before it was cancelled.  Her husband Brian also starred in several shows including Private Practice and the HBO comedy Dream On.
