Those Real Housewives love themselves a good psychic.

Last night on The Real Housewives of New York City, Carole Radziwill invited the ladies over to her apartment to sit for a reading with a medium named Kim Russo and, while the afternoon certainly made for good TV, it was less about the reading and more about round 27 of Dorinda Medley and Ramona Singer's never-ending fight over John Mahdessian. Bless Kim for her valiant efforts trying to calm Dorinda, but as viewers know, there's no stopping that train once it's angrily exploded out of the station. At least the cheese was good, right, Bethenny Frankel?

The RHONY ladies' visit with Kim was just the latest is a long line of the franchise's attempts to commune with the other side—and some have been more memorable than others. What follows are the top five Real Housewives psychic moments.

5. Orange County's Cancer Craziness

It was the Real Housewives of Orange County psychic sit-down that kicked off a seasons worth of questions over Brooks Ayers' supposed cancer. Vicki Gunvalson's gal pals Tamara Judge, Heather Dubrow, and Meghan King Edmonds were enjoying lunch with a psychic pal when conversation turned to their friend and her BF's health woes. It's fair to say that what the man had to say left them speechless—a genuine first. "I have a wishy-washy perspective on that...on the cancer issue," he said. "It's just wishy-washy to me. I just don't see it."

"Who would fake cancer?" Heather wondered. Who indeed...

4. Melbourne's Meddling Medium

"Hi, how are ya? Nice to meet ya. I know you're a cheater." So went the introductions on the very first episode of the franchise's first trip Down Under, The Real Housewives of Melbourne. Unlike other cities where the ladies visited a medium, these Aussies had the good sense to add one right into their cast. During their first group dinner, Jackie Gillies was facing some skepticism over her self-professed gift, so she did what anyone in her position would do: She accused one of her fellow cast mates of infidelity. "What I'm hearing right now, meeting all these women, I'm kind of holding back," she said defensively. "I could say that somebody's having an affair."

The women were gobsmacked—and rightly so. However, their follow-up questions fell on deaf ears as Jackie didn't feel the need to offer up any more details—or proof. "Next. Move along," she said. "Shine, shine. Blessings." Alrighty, then.

3. A Foreign Fortune Teller Tells All

In season four of RHONY, the ladies ventured to Morocco for their big getaway and sought out the otherworldly wisdom of a local fortune teller. When in Rome—err, Morocco—right? Unfortunately, the woman had nothing pleasant for Ramona to hear, telling the then-still married Housewife that there was another woman in her husband Mario's life. Her BFF Sonja Morgan immediately burst into tears, while Ramona immediately went on the defensive, telling a story about the time Luann de Lesseps apparently hit on Mario and accusing Sonja of marrying for money. Why the insane reactions? Probably because they all knew it was true. (Ramona and Mario split over infidelity on his end a short time later.)

2. Coffee Grinds Bring Clarity

Last season on RHONY, Carole, Dorinda and former Housewife Heather Thomson visited a medium known for reading coffee grinds. A weird method? Sure. But this woman knew her stuff. She connected to something related to Carole and her late husband Anthony's first argument ever, was able to comfort Heather about her son Jax's upcoming surgery to reconstruct his ear drums, and even discerned Dorinda's connection to a balloon following her husband's passing. It was a touching moment that made us at home, at least momentarily, reconsider our own skepticism. How did this woman know so much?! See the full reading here

1. The Dinner Party From Hell

Come on, did you expect anything less? Camille Grammer's completely bananas dinner party during the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will likely top several lists related to the franchise from here until eternity—and for good reason. Who will ever forget Camille's psychic friend Allison DuBois (the real-life inspiration for the TV series Medium), her electronic cigarette, and her venomously antagonistic accusations? No true fan of the Real Housewives, that's for sure. She had words for everyone at the table, including Lisa Vanderpump and "the morally corrupt" Faye Resnick (she didn't spread!), but it was the invective she shot at Camille's nemesis Kyle Richards that truly took the cake. "He will never emotionally fulfill you," she said about Kyle's husband Mauricio. "Know that."

"I can tell you when she will die and what will happen to her family," she continued after everyone at Camille's dinner table ran for the freaking hills. "I love that about me."

The icing on the cake? As the women stood outside, dumbfounded by what they'd just experienced, someone in the house turned the sprinklers on them. The sprinklers! Truly, a reality TV moment for the ages.
