Citing irreconcilable differences, the couple originally filed for divorce in September of 2015 after being married for 21 months. Now, E! News has obtained the documents, which state that as of May 6, 2016, the couple's split was finalized by the court.
Kaley had put a prenuptial agreement in place before their marriage. However, she is still assisting Ryan financially in a few ways.
Though her prenup had listed that both parties would pay, Kaley is awarding Ryan up to $55,000 in legal fees. The agreement had also stated that spousal support would be "payable and terminable." Thus, Ryan will be receiving temporary spousal support in the sum of $165,000—a request he had made in response to her filing—which will be paid by November 30, 2016.
Meanwhile, Kaley will maintain ownership of their two houses in Port Hueneme and Tarzana.
Ryan and Kaley got married on Dec. 31, 2013, after dating for just a few months. The said "I do" in front of 150 guests in a New Year's Eve celebration at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch, which is nestled in the Santa Susana Mountains just north of Los Angeles.
In September 2015, they announced their divorce. "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," Cuoco's rep told us at the time. "They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."
The actress is now dating equestrian athlete Karl Cook.
Rumors of their romance began circulating earlier this year, and the actress hasn't been afraid to confirm that they are, in fact, true. She posted the photo above a month ago, writing, "This is what happy looks like."
She also seemingly sealed the deal by kissing him in public last week—a moment the paparazzi made sure to capture.
