There are few things more unnerving for a parent than when they let their teenage son or daughter get behind the wheel...or when the parent sits beside them in the passenger seat.

David Beckham put on the ultimate skeptical dad face as he let his and Victoria Beckham's eldest child, son Brooklyn Beckham, 17, drive him around in a car. The soccer stud and H&M model posted a selfie of the likely white-knuckled moment on his Instagram page Saturday.

"The face of a dad that's almost 41 being driven around by his little boy (not so little) ♥ @brooklynbeckham," David wrote.

Brooklyn had said on Instagram on Mach 4, his 17th birthday, "Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes ♥ Looking forward to my first driving lesson."

In the Beckham's native England, where they currently live, people can obtain a provisional driving license, or learner's permit, as early as age 17. They must then drive only with a driving instructor or licensed adult over the age of 21 until they pass a written and road test and receive their regular license.

Brooklyn posted on his Instagram page Saturday a photo of himself driving a Mercedes.

"Country here I come," he wrote alongside the pic, which shows him clearly enjoying his new freedom.

Brooklyn had also posted last month a pic of himself inside a car, taking a selfie with a camera pointed at the rear-view mirror.

Hey, if he was indeed the driver then as well...hands on the steering wheel, eyes on the road, young man!

There will likely be plenty of more David Beckham dad faces in the future as he and Victoria have three more kids to help practice drive—sons Romeo Beckham and Cruz Beckham are 13 and 11, while daughter Harper Beckham is 4.
