For Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett, losing her grandmother was particularly hard as she found herself in an awkward family reunion.

Mary Stotz, who the reality star had called "Mommom," passed away on April 5 in San Diego after suffering a stroke. Earlier this month, Kendra had taken to social media to share heartfelt throwback photos of herself with her grandmother, saying, "Goodbye Mommom. You will forever be in my heart," she wrote.

Stotz is also survived by Kendra's mother, Patti Wilkinson, and the reality star's estranged brother, Colin Wilkinson. Kendra has had a rocky relationship with them. She reunited with both as they visited her grandmother during her final days. Patti and Colin have not commented.

"When I was in the hospital with my mom, we didn't even look at each other," Kendra said on Friday's episode of her WE tv reality show Kendra on Top. "She did say hi to the kids. From then on out, we stayed far away from each other. We made sure we weren't caught in the room again at the same time."

Kendra, who shares two children with husband Hank Baskett, had revealed on an episode of Kendra on Top earlier this month that she had "divorced" her mother and brother mentally and emotionally and that while she would like to get together with him, she did not want "to open my heart up and then for it to be turned around and used as information for my mom and her book." Kendra thinks her mother is planning a tell-all.

Last year, Kendra accused her mother of selling information about her to the tabloids, which Patti denied.

In Friday's episode, Kendra is also seen breaking down in tears inside a hotel room in La Jolla, near San Diego, after learning her grandmother had passed away.

"I never knew what the real definition of a stroke was until I rushed into the hospital that night and when I saw my grandma, I knew that it wasn't going to be long," she said. "The kids and Hank had to go back up to L.A. but I stuck around and stayed in a hotel and then I was dragging back and forth, trying to say my last goodbyes and today, my grandma passed away."

She sobbed as she told her husband about the sad news—and the additional family drama.

"She died," Kendra said. "It's so weird how she's just like, gone like that...I'm just in my room, just like, waiting on what to do. I just don't know what to do, like, because I just, I'm not, like, wanted in this process."
