Nick Jonas Talking About His Hot Body Is Never Ever a Bad Thing

Singer-actor tries to work out at least three times a week

We've got great news for you!

Even though Nick Jonas will be hitting the road this summer for a joint tour with Demi Lovato, he promises not to let his hot body go.

"Demi is killing it right now with her fitness game. She looks amazing," Jonas told me last night at the Propel Co:Labs pop-up fitness studio in Venice. "I think we're going to get a trainer and have someone out on the road with us.

"But also, every night on stage is a workout," he added.

Jonas tries to workout at least three times a week. He usually trains with Gregg Miele of Heart & Hustle in West Hollywood.

"Today was a cardio day—a sauna suit under layers of sweat suits to get cut up a bit and weight training," the singer-actor said. "I do a circuit of high heart rate exercises and building muscle."

We've seen Jonas show off his body in Kingdom, Scream Queens and most recently in his music video for his single "Close" with Tove Lo.

And while Jonas said he also tries to watch what he eats (especially because he has diabetes), he also revealed that he has his "bad days."

Jonas laughed, "Cake is really great."
