Christopher Polk/WireImageNearly a year after Bobbi Kristina Brown's death, her longtime love Nick Gordon, who was also targeted for various claims surrounding the tragedy, has given an in-depth interview regarding his relationship with Whitney Houston's daughter and his account on what occurred on the horrible day of January 31.
But among the numerous revelations from his Daily Mail interview, there was one bombshell that stood out more than the rest—Gordon claims Bobbi was pregnant twice.
"We had a couple of miscarriages. We would have loved to have a kid but we weren't planning on it yet and she was just such a young fragile person it took a toll on her," he revealed, adding that he doesn't believe that she intended to take her own life. "We wanted to get clean, settle down, get married, have kids."
Gordon didn't shy away from recounting their drug use, explaining that it got much worse over time and after Whitney's death in 2012. "The drug use was becoming more and more and we were already using a lot. People started suggesting rehab but she was resistant, addicts are always resistant. She was mixing drugs."
Although there is no changing what happened, Gordon blames himself for not saving his fiancée, both during her downward spiral and on the morning of what would ultimately claim her life.
"I blame myself for not getting to Krissy quick enough that day," he admitted. "I can't blame myself for another addict's addiction but I feel like I failed her. She didn't make it. I wish she got help...I wish she got my spot [in rehab]. I did not protect her the way that I was supposed to, even if it was from herself."
Eerily enough, Gordon reveals Bobbi Kristina had a dangerous incident in the bath three years prior to the one that led to her death.
He alleges that she nearly drowned in the bathtub once before when she fell into a drunken sleep with the water still running. "It was in the Beverly Hills Hilton and the water overflowed out into the hallway. Whitney found her, pulled her out and slept in her bed that night."
Whitney died in the same way the very next night.
Gordon spoke about how he's coping with the loss of his loved one, telling Daily Mail, "I can't move on from Krissy. She's got a super special place in my heart. I don't want to move on from that. I think she's with me every day. She's here, right now. I speak to her all the time. I have to. It keeps me sane."
