Not even some stress fractures can keep Kim Fields down. The Facts of Life veteran and Real Housewives of Atlanta star performed on Dancing With the Stars despite suffering injuries earlier in the week.

"I'm feeling fine the last few days, just some strained tendons and minor stress fractures…We just powered through it and we do what we do," Fields told E! News' Erin Lim.

Fields and her pro dance partner Sasha Farber dancing to "You Can't Stop the Beat" from Hairspray and received 24 out of 30. Defying doctors (sort of), Fields said she wasn't careless with the injury and took her time to give them the proper attention.

"Let's be clear, I'm not reckless, and he won't let me be," she said. All this in an effort to not just stay in the game, but win it she said. "We plan on being here to the end and dancing beyond this," Fields said.

Farber said he wanted the big dance to feel like a Broadway opening number. "It was just amazing," he said.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC.
