The model turned 21 Saturday and got the party started a day earlier, celebrating with several family members. She also got super sweet online birthday tributes from her parents, Yolanda Hadid and ex-husband Mohamed Hadid.
Yolanda, a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and former model herself, posted on her Instagram page a throwback photo of her and Gigi when her daughter was a little girl.
"Happy 21 birthday my sweet angel," she wrote. "I love and admire all that you do and all that you are. Thank you for being you!! I pray that each day, LOVE, HEALTH & HAPPINESS will come your way #21 #Milestone @gigihadid."
Gigi's father also shared a sweet birthday greeting on Instagram, alongside another throwback pic of his daughter as a teen, wearing a golden tiara.
"Cute and pretty, beautiful and lovely. Charming and bubbly, innocent and friendly. Dear GiGi @gigihadid are all of the above, endless for you is our love," he wrote.
"The Gods smiled on us, the angels blessed us and the fairies worked their magic on our lives on the day you were born," he added. "There is a deeper meaning to why all your #Hadid family, friends and I for sure call you our little princess...Nothing in our family and lives matters more than your happiness on this day. Your birthday. Fly Rise above and land where ever you want .. Happy birthday my child."
Mohamed, Gigi, her younger siblings, model Bella Hadid, 19, and Anwar Hadid, and several friends enjoyed a pre-birthday lunch Friday. Gigi and her dad posted photos, as did several of her pals. Yolanda is not pictured, nor is Gigi's beau Zayn Malik. The party was decorated with Tiffany blue balloons and Gigi received a white frosted birthday cake adorned with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
"Birthday week begins," Gigi wrote on Instagram.
