One family. Two siblings. Three children. Talk about a complicated family tree.
It's hard to believe that Game of Thrones' Cersei and Jaime Lannister can possibly get even weirder, right? "I don't know, but it is!" star Lena Headey told E! News' Erin Lim of the sibling/lovers' relationship getting even "weirder" when the HBO fantasy hit returns on Sunday.
However, along with the weirdness comes grief as the pair is grieving the loss of their daughter Myrcella, who died in the season five finale after Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) promised Cersei he would bring her safely back to King's Landing. And Myrcella isn't the first child they've lost, as Joffrey was killed in season four. (To be fair, he was The Worst.)
In a Twitter Q&A, Coster-Waldau teased that the death of Joffrey and Myrcella will impact both parents, saying, "The fact that he's lost and Cersei's lost two kids, they have one left, it's going to affect you somehow."
For Cersei, she's "full of revenge" after her beloved daughter's death and her public shaming from the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce), including the infamous naked walk of "shame" in the finale.
"She is a little broken and a little unsure of where her position is," Headey teased of Cersei in season six, but added we will see a new side of the wine-loving queen regent.
