Jennifer Lopez has lowered the prince on her Los Angeles-area mansion yet again.

The "Ain't Your Mama" singer has just re-listed the massive home for $12.5 million, after it was on the market in the early half of last year for $17 million.

Back in September, however, J.Lo slashed the price of the 17,000-square-foot home down to $14.5 million after it had been sitting on the market for months.

The home is located in a gated community just outside of Los Angeles and sits on 3.13 acres which feature a stunning pool, views of the San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Mountains, a separate guest home, just to name a few of its enviable amenities.

The manse offers up nine bedrooms and 11 full bathrooms (as well as two half bathrooms), a 20-person home theater, a personal gym, a huge closet complete with its own glam area for all of your hair and makeup needs, a library, eight fireplaces, an eight-car garage (as well as a massive carport for any guests rolling into town), a recording studio and much, much more.

Lopez is said to have purchased the property with her then-husband Marc Anthony back in 2010 for $8.2 million.

Between the gorgeous personal touches (like the fur throws and grand pianos) and the ornate design features (think oak wood coffered ceilings and bay windows overlooking the expansive yard), it's easy to see why the A-lister called the property her home for many years.
