Watch: James Corden Teases Selena Gomez Doing Carpool Karaoke

It appears that James Corden is sick of that same old love, because the Late Late Show host posted an Instagram on Wednesday—his very first ever, in fact!—of him sitting in a car with Selena Gomez. E! News has confirmed that yes, the "Same Old Love" singer is his latest Carpool Karaoke guest.

And yes, we are pretty flippin' pumped about it.

"Getting a lift to work with this little chaffinch today! This is my 1st Instagram post!!!!," wrote the late-night host with a pic of Gomez in the driver's seat, which also means that the Carpool Karaoke dynamics will switch up a little when the segment eventually airs (which E! News has confirmed will be in June).

We're already anticipating just how hard they're gonna crush some "Hands to Myself" (especially the best line…"I mean I could but why would I want to?"). Plus there's "Come & Get It," "Love You Like a Love Song"—the options for slay-age are numerous.

We also know that Gomez is a great rapper (see: her excellent take on Nicki Minaj's "Up All Night" verse, or her take on Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass," or...yeah, she's good at rapping Nicki Minaj), so hopefully she'll pull an Adele and show off those skills too.

Gomez is the latest in a group of artists that include Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, One Direction (all four members, including Selena's rumored flame Niall Horan), Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Derulo, Adele, Elton John, Sia, Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart, and Selena's ex, Justin Bieber (twice!)—not to mention the folks whose segments have already been filmed but haven't aired just yet.

Corden recently took the Late Late Show segment to prime time, with an hourlong special that celebrated the first year of his hosting gig and gave us a truly memorable moment: that would be Lopez's text exchange with Leonardo DiCaprio (with help from Corden, of course). "You mean tonight, Boo Boo? Club-wise?" Never forget.

The Late Late Show with James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
