Brooke Mueller wants ex-husband Charlie Sheen to pay up when it comes to child support.

The two divorced in 2011 after almost three years of marriage. Mueller has primary custody of their 7-year-old twin boys Bob and Max. Their divorce papers state Sheen, 50, must pay $55,000 in child support—$27,500 per twin—on the first of every month. Mueller's lawyer stated in an April 7 filing that this month and last month, the actor paid her only $10,563 in child support each time and now owes her $88,874, plus about $500 in interest.

The documents say Sheen "is in violation of his child support obligations" and Mueller, 38, is seeking a writ of execution to enforce them. Sheen's rep had no immediate comment.

Sheen pays identical child support to ex-wife Denise Richards, 45, with whom he shares two daughters, Sam, 12, and Lola, 10.

In March, he filed his own court papers to seek to reduce his child support to Mueller, saying that his income has "changed significantly since the time the judgment entered in 2011" and notes his "additional housing expenses" for his children. Sheen stated he made $613,421 per month from proceeds from his participation rights for Two and a Half Man and now earns an average of $87,384 per month for his acting services.

The actor was fired from the Warner Bros.-produced show amid his famous public meltdown and two months before his and Mueller's divorce was finalized. More than a month later, a judge had granted her request to garnish the amount of her child support from his wages from Warner Bros.

Sheen has for years received periodic residual payments from re-runs of Two and a Half Men. In his March filing, he stated he sold his profit participation rights in Two and a Half Men for a lump sum payment of $26.75 million.

He also included documents showing he has more than $5.2 million in property and other assets, pays more than $105,000 in expenses every month and is, as of the end of February, over $12.4 million in debt, mainly due to multiple mortgages, vehicle loans and credit card payments.

Richards, who adopted a third daughter, Eloise, in 2011, sued Sheen in January, claiming he isn't following through with the terms of a trust he set up for his children.

The actress says the actor allowed her and the kids to move into a house he owns adjacent to his home but had last fall had them removed and forced them to rent a house for $15,000 a month. She is requesting Sheen to pay her $1.2 million toward a new home. She also alleges Sheen sent her and their daughters scathing text messages.

Sheen's lawyer told E! News in response to Richards' lawsuit that the actress "has another $7 million home that was paid for from the money Charlie gave her and she wants Charlie to pay another $35,000 month for a second home and pay a down payment of $1.2 million."

He added, "$55,000/month tax free is not enough. This matter is simply money, money, money."
