Happy birthday, Jennifer Garner!

The beautiful actress turns 44 today, if you can believe such a story, and to celebrate the Miracles From Heaven star, we've launched an investigation into a different kind of miracle—the fact that Garner appears to be aging in reverse.

She remains as glowing today as she ever was playing a super-spy on Alias or engaging in silliness or when she was 13 Going on 30, and if possible she's actually more radiant than ever.

So let's take a closer look (just as we suspected, not a pore in sight...)

The Neutrogena spokeswoman is obsessed with sunscreen. She is constantly urging women to apply it every single day, and her children know it is a non-negotiable part of their morning routine.

"You have to do it as soon as you get out of the shower, as soon as you brush your teeth. It has to be as natural as running a brush through your hair before you let yourself leave your bathroom," she advised in Women's Health magazine. She recommends Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry Touch, SPF 45, citing it as her very favorite sunscreen.

If her flawless skin isn't a testament to the benefits of sunscreen, then we're not sure what is.

When asked what her secret was for youthful skin, Garner gives credit to her summer days spent inside a theater instead of outside crisping in the sun.

"I think it saved me because now I really do see the sun damage from when I was a young child and whatever incidental sun exposure I got as an adult before I started wearing sunscreen every single day. I just realize how much worse it would be if I hadn't just lucked into being inside for all of those summers," the actress also told Women's Health.

Though she only puts make up on when she needs it, Garner told Allure that she is a big fan of oil cleansing, which is a method that uses steaming to open up pores and then various oils are applied, such as castor or coconut, to rid the skin of impurities.

Garner also revealed that when prepping for a photo shoot, she'll go see her facialist, Nerida Joy, who massages Garner's face to bring blood to the skin.

Her last important tip: Stay hydrated.

"Drink water, drink tea," she advised in an interview with Elle.

However, the most beautiful traits Jennifer Garner boasts are her kindness and wisdom, after so many years in show biz.

When asked what advice she would give a younger woman about looks and aging, the Dallas Buyers Club star replied, "I would tell her to be less obsessed with her looks, because she is going to age. If you're not aging, you are dead. You earn laugh lines. You earn smile lines. Sure, they can be corrected with little bit of help—not corrected, nudged. But you don't have to freak out. You want them. You don't want your face to look like a mask."
