Imagine Taken's Bryan Mills from the movie meeting Taken's Bryan Mills from the upcoming TV show? Well you don't have to imagine what that would be like because the picture above proves it happened.

Did they talk about their particular set of skills? Yes, we can only assume they did.

Actor Clive Standen of Vikings fame was on hand at the IFTA Film & Drama Awards Ceremony on Saturday, April 9 where Liam Neeson was the special honoree for his contribution to cinema. Standen will play the role of Bryan Mills in NBC's Taken series, which is being set up as a prequel to the three Taken movies Neeson starred in. Please take a moment and wrap your brains around this Taken time wrap meeting.

In an Instagram post, Standen said he and Neeson chatted about the action hero role. To be a fly on that wall…

Alex Cary will serve as showrunner on the NBC series. Luc Besson, creator of the franchise, will serve as executive producer. No premiere date for the new Taken series has been set.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
