Megan Fox has a lot of reasons to be smiling.

Shortly before news broke that the actress was pregnant with her third child, Fox spoke to E! News where she couldn't hide her happiness about her upcoming movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

"It's a lot of fun making the movie. It's a lot of fun promoting the movie. I just have a really good time," she told E! News exclusively in Las Vegas. "It's a light-hearted, fun, kids summer blockbuster movie we're all lucky to be a part of."

It may be kid-friendly, but one of her sons may not be watching mom on the big screen when the film hits theatres June 3.

"Noah is too young and I try to keep them from television and movies for the most part. I think any sort of screen—whether it's television, iPad or iPhone—is really bad for their brain development so I try to remove that from their lives and I also want to deter them from ever being on social media because I think it's detrimental to a child's self-esteem. I have lots of opinions on this," she shared with a chuckle.

Fox continued, "I do let them watch Pixar movies. We do stuff like that. We watch Peter Pan together. They have no idea what I do. Somebody at their school will tell them eventually but then it won't mean anything because they've been around it their whole lives so they'll be like okay. I'm still embarrassed of my mom."

In addition to her upcoming movie, the proud mom also has a big milestone birthday quickly approaching. Yes, she's ready to turn the big 3-0. Before you expect a lavish celebration, however, Fox is warning fans that it really isn't that big of a deal.

"I'm not very ceremonious. Even with my own kids, until they ask me for birthday parties, we don't do big birthday parties. I just don't care," she admitted. "It's just a day. I'm practically already 30, what's the difference? It's like a month away. What really changes? As long as everything is holding up well, then I don't care how old I am."

She added, "By everything, I meant mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically."

Fox turned quite a few heads for all the right reasons Monday night when she stepped out in a form-fitting Versace dress that revealed a baby bump. Multiple sources would ultimately confirm that the Hollywood star is expecting another child later this year.
