Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancé Brett Rossi has been granted a longer restraining order against the actor over his alleged threats against her.

The news comes amid a criminal investigation Los Angeles police launched against Sheen, in which the victim was not named, and her ongoing civil lawsuit against him, in which she accuses him of assault and battery and of failing to tell her he was HIV-positive. Sheen's lawyer called Rossi's claims a "complete fabrication."

Rossi's lawyer had recently told E! News an emergency protective order, which expires after five days, was filed against Sheen last week following a news report about a recording of the actor allegedly threatening Rossi's life. The actor's lawyer called the EPO a publicity stunt. On Tuesday, police served The National Enquirer and Radar Online with a search warrant to find audio recordings that could prove allegations Rossi detailed in her lawsuit.

Rossi, an adult film star whose real name is Scottine Ross, and Sheen were engaged for almost a year before they broke up in late 2014. Her lawyer filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order Friday and it was granted that day, E! News has learned. A hearing was set for March 28, which is when the order expires and when a judge can decide to extend it up to three years.  Sheen's rep had no immediate comment on the new restraining order.

"Scottine takes these threats very seriously," Rossi's lawyer told E! News in a statement, adding that Sheen's ex aims to "seek all the legal protection that she is entitled to against him."

In the document, obtained by E! News, Rossi says she "became aware of an audio recording where Sheen stated, 'This piece of s--t needs to [be] f--king buried,' 'It's treason. You know what treason is? It's punishable by death' and 'I'd rather spend $20,000 to have her head kicked in.'"

The documents claims the most recent incident of face-to-face "abuse" from Sheen took place in May 2014, during which the actor "choked" Ross "to the point of almost losing consciousness," which resulted in bruising to her neck. It also says that the previous January, Sheen "repeatedly kicked" Rossi "while she was on the ground," which also resulted in "bruising." He has not responded. Police did not get involved in either reported incident.

The new restraining order prohibits Sheen from harassing, attacking, threatening and stalking Rossi and orders him to keep a distance of at least 100 yards from her, her home, her car and her workplace.

Another one of Rossi's lawyers declares in the order he did not give Sheen notice of the restraining order because he was "afraid that the violence would reoccur." Rossi declared that she was "concerned" that if the actor was given notice, he "will attempt to cause bodily injury" to her or damage her personal property.
