Actor and bulging-bicep-extraordinare Jason Momoa got down to work at the gym recently, and shared a glimpse into his grueling workout routine for fans on Instagram. And after viewing everything this Hollywood hunk goes through during his workout, you'll realize just how much sweat is put into sculpting that gorgeous bod.

"Don't try this at home. It looks fun it's NOT," the Game of Thrones star warned fans with a clip of himself on all fours, traveling across the floor with weights in hand. He also got some serious core workouts in by lifting 88 pound weights on his hips while doing pull-ups!
