The camera clearly loves Hilary Duff!

The Younger actress shared a picture from her younger years via Instagram and Twitter on #ThrowbackThursday, and the Internet agrees: she will never take a better picture than this. (She's never taken a bad picture, but come on. Look at her!) Duff—who has appeared on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Elle, Maxim, Redbook, Seventeen and Shape, to name a few—had just moved from Texas to California when the photo was taken. It would be five years before she would land her first major role in Casper Meets Wendy, but it was obvious she had the "it" factor. In the picture she shared Thursday, the actress modeled diamond earrings and a fur stole. Now 28 years old, she captioned the pic, "#glamourshots #thanksmom #1993 #tbt."

In 2007, Duff spoke with Girlfriend, an Australian magazine, about her career beginnings. "It was like modeling for bad department stores, but I loved it!" she recalled. "Then when I saw my picture in the paper I was like, 'Wow, that's me!'"

The actress continued to kill us with cuteness into the early aughts. Duff became a household name thanks to her starring role in Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire (2001-2004). In spite of her worldwide fame, though, she never forgot her Southern roots. As she told Texas Monthly in 2003, "I think being from Texas has really helped to make me not take Hollywood so seriously and given me the confidence that, if my phone stops ringing I can always go home again and be just Hil!"

Duff, who will begin shooting Younger's third season this summer, has been giving us Instagram gold for years. In fact, she shared her first glamour shot with fans in November 2013. But will there be more #TBTS in the pipeline? "Sometimes I'll go down an Instagram hole, and all of a sudden, I feel weird about my career or life. I'm like, 'Take a break.' I'm a huge Instagrammer," she told Cosmopolitan last year. "I love it, but probably once a week, I've gotta put that down."
