Those Shahs are back at it again. And not even a birthday party is safe from their particular brand of insanity.

In this clip from the Shahs of Sunset season five premiere, exclusive to E! News, new Shah on the block Shervin Roohparvar has gathered the whole gang on a boat for his 35th birthday, asked them all to wear white, and let them set sail with an open bar. What could go wrong?

Things seem to be going well enough, as Reza Farahan gives a sweet speech about his people being all together, but there's a glimmer in his eye (in all their eyes, really) that's a clear sign of bad things to come. The cause of that glimmer? That would be alcohol. Reza hardly lets a second pass after finishing his heartfelt speech before he digs his hand into the birthday cake and sends it flying.

Soon enough, more than a few culprits are in on the cake throwing, leading to a showdown between Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi and former star (relegated to "Friend of the Shahs" status this season) Asifa Mirza. We hope the captain of the ship brought plenty of life preservers because someone might be going overboard!

This season of Shahs of Sunset promises to be its most dramatic yet. Reza will find himself at a crossroads in his relationship with Adam, while his bestie Mercedes "MJ" Javid will enter into a new relationship of her own. Asa Soltan Rahmati will launch a new fashion line, Asa's Kaftans, while Mike Shouhed will tackle a line of his own as he struggles with his first year of marriage. GG finds herself battling Rheumatoid Arthritis and the doubts of those closest to her over the severity of her condition. And newbie Shervin, an entrepreneur from Silicon Valley, will tackle the toughest thing of all: Finding love in Los Angeles. Good luck, Sherv!

Shahs of Sunset premieres Sunday, April 10 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
