If Beyonce were a Starbucks, she would be this one. Even if you don't live in New York, if you're a Starbucks superfan, it may be worth making a trip just to check this out. The coffee chain will be opening an epic Starbucks Roastery in the Meatpacking District of NYC. Don't worry; you have until 2018 to plan your trip since it won't open until then. The Roastery takes after the very first Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room in their birthplace of Seattle.

If you aren't local to Seattle, you may be wondering what exactly a roastery may be. Basically, the coffee roasting process is on full display in the shop. In other words, you'll be able to enjoy your drink and see how it's made. What makes this NYC location so amazing? Maybe the fact that it's going to be a 20,000 square foot coffee sanctuary? Not to mention the building will be gorgeously constructed to reflect New York's chic vibe. Did we mention that customers are encouraged to chat up roasters to get the dish on their favorite drinks? No crabby baristas here! The best part? The new joint will offer a one-of-a-kind menu which includes rare coffee varieties. Sold!

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz noted, "Our Seattle Roastery experience created something that had never been done before, transforming a retail environment into something far beyond just a coffee shop and into the single-best retail experience of any kind. In New York, we want to take elements from what we originally created and build something even bigger and bolder, celebrating coffee and craft in a completely unique and differentiated way. We want this experience to tell our customers that we're coming to Broadway." Dang, Starbucks. Look at you go!

On a scale of one to Pumpkin Spice Latte, how stoked are you for this epic new location?
