The maybe-couple was spotted at Hollywood’s Boulevard3 last night for the In Style magazine and Recording Academy Grammys Salute to Fashion soiree. The place was packed with more than 500 people, so the two were able to keep out of the spotlight. But one partygoer said they appeared to have arrived together. They were dressed way casual in similar caps, hoodies and jeans, but my spies didn't see them show any public displays of affection. (Things apparently heated up later in the evening at Goa nightclub, however.)
You may remember they were rumored to be more than just friends back in 2006, when Phillippe, 33, split with wife Reese Witherspoon. Reps for Cornish, 25, quickly denied any romance. Phillippe and the Aussie actress met while making the movie Stop Loss.
They weren’t the only twosome last night who had me guessing. Brothers & Sisters costars and real-life on-again, off-again couple Dave Annable and Emily VanCamp were acting way friendly. They were spotted making out in the upstairs VIP area.

I’m told Annable, 28, and VanCamp, 21, also made their way next door to Social Hollywood for the Nicole Khristine Jewelry Launch Party. “They were very lovey-dovey,” a fellow partygoer reports. “He helped her pick out a piece of jewelry.”
Couples aside, what was the night’s biggest attraction? Rihanna! The “Umbrella” songstress performed a miniconcert after a fashion show at the In Style party.
The 19-year-old hitmaker from Barbados did not disappoint. She looked fabulous in a black minidress, and it’s nice to see this gal has real curves.
Among the boldfaced names in the crowd were Rihanna’s mentor Jay-Z, Prince, Miley Cyrus, Ludacris, Johnathon Schaech, Garcelle Beauvais, Adam Levine, Dominic Monaghan, Akon and Channing Tatum.
Just the night before, she was in New York City performing at the new Gucci flagship store for celebs like Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher at a Madonna-hosted benefit for UNICEF and Raising Malawi.
