Adele Grew a Beard and Named It (And This Is Why We Love Her)

Pregnancy often comes with some not-so-fun side affects. Aside from the weight gain, the cravings and the morning sickness, it can also bring on some unexpected qualities...

In fact, such was the case for Adele after her pregnancy with son, Angelo.

During a concert at Glasgow's Hydro Arena, the 27-year-old singer confessed to the sold out crowd that she grew some major facial hair after giving birth to her now 3-year-old son, who she welcomed into the world in October 2012.

"When I got pregnant, I had so much testosterone in me that I grew a beard," she revealed to her audience, according to U.K.'s The Sun. "I only cropped it last night."

But it doesn't just end there. In true, hilarious Adele fashion, she admits to even giving the beard a name!

"It's actually true. I'm not telling a joke," she continued. "I actually have a beard, but I'm proud of it. I call it Larry." LOL!

Despite the hairy situation, she says it's actually helped her relate more to her partner, Simon Konecki.

"There are a lot of good beards here," she continued. "My man's got a good beard and trims it sometimes in summer. It really annoys me—but I do have a beard myself. I understand when it gets hot."

The following night at the same arena, she apparently also apologized to the crowd for her hairy legs, too.

"If anyone gets a glimpse of my really hairy legs I'm really sorry but I've got a weekend off, so no need to shave my legs."
