James Corden is legitimately a triple threat.

We knew he could sing. We knew he could act. But did you know he can dance?! And we're not just talking your average dance floor moves; we're talking break dance moves. The casts of Step Up and Magic Mike should move over because there's a new dancer in town, and it's the British talk show host.

Cuba Gooding Jr. and Jon Bernthal appeared on The Late Late Show Monday night, and the latter star opened up about how he and his longtime friend learned how to dance. "Me and Dougie used to put on these lip sync concerts for our moms and any little first grade girls who would watch us," he explained. "We would strip—not like strip strip but open our shirts and get down."

Obviously, viewers needed to see it to understand, so Corden asked him to give the audience a quick peek. The Daredevil star was reluctant at first but then ultimately obliged—and let's just say he knows how to boogie!

"That's right, Channing Tatum or whatever your name is," Cuba Gooding Jr. interjected. "It's a challenge!"

"How am I not in this crew?!" asked the British talk show host, who finally received the opportunity to show off his moves with The People v. O.J. Simpson star. Gooding Jr. showed off his fancy footwork first, sliding and jumping around the stage and proving he could hold his own on the dance floor, but then Corden took the floor. The Into the Woods actor slid, spun and even did the worm during his performance, proving that he's not just talk!

Bernthal, Gooding Jr. and Don Cheadle were so blown away that they gave him a standing ovation. The Jerry Maguire actor even bowed down to the late-night host, admitting defeat.

"He wormed on you," Cheadle said, mocking Gooding Jr. "He wormed on you, son."
