Are You Afraid? This New Game of Thrones Trailer Promises Death Is Coming

"One way or another, a face will be added to the hall," when Game of Thrones returns to HBO April 24

"One way or another, a face will be added to the hall."

Game of Thrones' season six premiere is fast approaching (OK, fast-ish), and with each new trailer, our anxiety grows.

The latest promo, which features no basketball despite being labeled "March Madness," is here to promise just one thing, and that one thing is death. No matter what happens, somebody's gonna bite it this season, and we have a feeling it's going to be more than one somebody.

"We deserve death," the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) says, "We all do."

While part of us wants to argue that instead of death, we all deserve life and cookies, we also know that death comes with the territory of Game of Thrones

The only question here is which character we're going to have to bid farewell. Jamie (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), Cersei (Lena Headey), Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), Tyrion (Peter Dinklage), Theon (Alfie Allen), Arya (Maisie Williams), Sansa (Sophie Turner), and Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) all appear to be in danger, if that ending montage was any indication. Bran's future seems especially questionable, given the fact that he finds himself face to face with the white walker king.

The trailer also features a guy jumping off a building and a dragon who seems to be a lot bigger than he was the last time we saw him.

As for our constant Jon Snow watch, this trailer was no help. Not a single Kit Harington in sight.

Game of Thrones returns Sunday, April 24 at at 9 p.m. on HBO.
