The ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are often quick to take co-star Kenya Moore to task for anything and everything she does (and usually with just cause). Look no further than part one of the reunion special for proof. But when part two of the three-part sit-down with host Andy Cohen airs on Sunday, we'll be witness to one of the rarest RHOA sights: Another Housewife taking up Kenya's cause.

In this sneak peek of part two, exclusive to E! News, Kandi Burruss comes to Kenya's defense when talk turns to the ill-fated night in Miami. You know the one, when Tammy (and her Corona) brought her nephew Glen back to the mansion? The one where he lost his cool and Kenya wanted him to leave, leading him to threaten Kenya and throw his poor aunt to the tile floor? (Tammy's fine. No word on the status of the Corona.)

After Porsha Williams tried to insinuate that Kenya provoked Glen's behavior that night by not letting security handle his removal on their own, Kandi jumped in: "I get that, and I understand what everybody is saying, but at the end of the day, even if she did, it still doesn't give him the right to turn around and be like, 'Look here, little bitch!' and come up to her aggressively."

Of course, she wasn't ready to absolve Kenya of all her behavior, but like a sane person, she could recognize that no behavior warranted a man acting like that in response. "At the end of the day, Kenya does some crazy stuff, but in this situation," she said. "No I wasn't with y'all earlier in the day on the boat, but even watching that back, you have to admit: That dude was saying some crazy stuff. Not just about her, about everybody, and regardless of whether you like Kenya or not, and regardless of whether she should have said anything else as he was walking out the door, he should never have aggressively turned around, started throwing up gang signs and calling her all kinds of bitches."

The reaction she gets from the ladies for her defense—from Sheree Whitfield, especially—is priceless. So, what are you waiting for? Press play on the video above!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
