TNTIs it hot in here or is just the cast of TNT's newest show, Animal Kingdom?
The family drama stars Ellen Barkin as the matriarch of a crime family in Southern California, and it also stars a bunch of men who don't really like wearing shirts, apparently, if this first look is any indication.
The cast also includes Felicity favorite Scott Speedman, Southland's Shawn Hatosy, Vikings veteran Ben Robson, Pretty Little Liars' Jake Weary, Peaky Blinders vet Finn Cole, Daniella Alonso of Revolution fame and Love the Coopers' Molly Gordon.
Animal Kingdom follows 17-year-old Joshua "J" Cody (Cole), who heads to Southern California to move in with his "freewheeling" relatives after his mother dies of a heroin overdose. Barkin plays Janine "Smurf" Cody with Speedman as her righthand man Baz. Hatosy is the oldest and most dangerous of the Cody boys. Robson plays Craig, the middle son, Weary is the baby of the family, Deran, Gordon plays Nicky, J's girlfriend and Alonso is Catherine, Baz's "de facto wife" and mom to 3-year-old Lena.
Naturally J gets pulled into the Cody family business and danger that comes along with it.
Animal Kingdom premieres this summer on TNT.
