Gloria Estefan's Mother Is Our New Instagram Obsession: Meet #Rapbuela

Grandmothers are always adorable, but they're even more adorable if they rap with a hoodie and shades, right?

This all started on Gloria Estefan's daughter Instagram account. Emily Estefan featured a video of herself rapping with her grandmother, Gloria "Rapbuela" Fajardo.

Next thing you know…everyone is obsessed with Rapbuela. Because, how could you not?

Her nick name is a combination of the words of rapper and abuela, which means grandmother in Spanish. 

And today, our favorite abuela turns 87 years young.

Emily and Rapbuela have the cutest granddaughter and grandmother relationship Instagram has ever witnessed. 

She even rapped from the hospital thanking all of her fans from the well wishes. 

Today this shining light turns 87 years young !!!!! She is everything a growing human could ever wish to learn from. Abuela, you are a perfect example of what Human beings should make of themselves on this earth. "I made my first rap video for Instagram with Baby Sasha. We were on the swing and were just playing. When I went to my Abuela's and showed it to her she wanted to do one, so I did one with her and she loved it," Emily said to NBC News. "People freaked out. Even now, every time I post something on Instagram that isn't with her somebody will comment, ‘Very cute. Where is #rapbuela?'"
