In a video Captain America: Civil War directors and brothers Joe Russo and Anthony Russo posted on Facebook Friday, a masked man who looks and sounds exactly like Paul Rudd impersonates main star Chris Evans while critiquing the new movie. Rudd stars in the film, the third in the hit Marvel series, as Ant-Man, a superhero he portrayed in a standalone 2015 film.
"We're about to go into the edit room to get Chris Evans' reaction to Captain America: Civil War," Joe says. "He has literally, literally just finished watching the movie."
"It's a very stressful moment for directors, to show the star the movie for the first time," Anthony adds. "So, keep your fingers crossed for us."
The Russo brothers, who had also directed the 2014 sequel Captain America: The Winter Soldier, enter a room to find Rudd sitting on a couch, wearing a cardboard blue Captain America mask and carries the superhero's signature shield.
"Wow!" he says. "Guys, I mean, what a movie. Incredible. You've done it again. I just can't believe it. The story's amazing, the characters are compelling, the action is unlike anything I've ever seen. I love it, I absolutely loved it."
