Now that The Bachelor star Ben Higgins has given his final rose—and a massive engagement ring—to winner Lauren Bushnell, the two are ready to take the next steps. The big question remains: Paper or plastic?

The two appeared on NBC's Today show's fourth hour Friday and talked about their budding new relationship. Huggins, 27, and Bushnell, 25, got engaged on the season 20 finale of The Bachelor, which aired earlier this week.

"She's moving to Denver," Higgins, who lives in the city, told co-host Hoda Kotb and guest host Jenna Bush Hager. "She wanted to do that. That was something we talked about."

"I think most of our days will consist of right now a lot of 'Us Time,'" he added. "We need that in the public and just going out to dates and going out to dinner and going grocery shopping is something she really wants to do."

"I love grocery shopping," said Bushnell, 25. "I do. I love it. It's calming."

The two traveled to New York City earlier this week. On Wednesday, Higgins and Bushnell dined at celebrity chef and Chopped judge Marc Murphy's Landmarc restaurant. He posted a selfie with the couple.

Bushnell shared on her Instagram page pics from their dinner, including one showing her and Higgins holding hands alongside two glasses of Champagne, with her showcasing her 4.25-carat diamond engagement ring

"FIRST DATE," she wrote. "Many more to come."

On Thursday night, Higgins and Bushnell had another romantic date—they went to go see the Broadway show The Lion King.

"I think, early on in the whole process, like Lauren had something that really stood out to me," Higgins said on the Today show. "And then as it came down to those last couple of weeks, even though there was other people involved, I could not picture my life without this woman. So, you know, that was never a doubt to me and I just could never say good-bye to her...She belongs in my life forever."
