Iggy Azalea is back at it after a bit of a rocky year.

The female emcee dropped the lead single "Team" off her upcoming album Digital Distortion on Friday, releasing it with a funky, '90s-themed dance video filled with all the booty poppin' and hip-hoppin' one could ever ask for.

Following what she's depicted as a year she wishes she could "erase" from her memory, the song marks the first new music she's released since her collaboration on "Pretty Girls" with Britney Spears in May 2015.

"Team" focuses on the theme of a woman only needing herself. The chorus chants, "Baby I got me/ And that's all I need/ Yeah, that's all I need/ Only friend I see/ Playing on my team."

In the hit, Iggy also name drops a couple celebs, including Reggie Miller, Hans Zimmer and even Kylie Jenner.

The rapper will perform the hit for the first time on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon next week. She will also release the official music video for the song shortly thereafter.

Meanwhile, Iggy has had quite a busy couple weeks, aside from dropping new music. On Thursday, her topless cover for Schön! magazine was released in which she also gave a revealing interview about her rough year, admitting she almost suffered a "psychotic breakdown."

"Last year, I felt like I was definitely not in control of the media's narrative of me. It made me feel very out of control of my own life or my ability to have my own perception of who I was. You don't want someone else writing your narrative and making you the villain," she explained. "Then I just realized that, you know what, you can't control it and I think I accepted that and moved on to living my life."

It now appears she's moved on in a more positive direction, and we can expect more and more new music in 2016!
