The Golden Globe winner's title of endearment is not one you would expect

Nicknames are often meant as terms of endearment, but we might have to question Drew Barrymore's unique title for her childhood BFF, Cameron Diaz

While the actresses joined each other for the first time on the silver screen to beat up the bad guys in the 2000 reboot of Charlie's Angels and subsequent sequel, they had already known each other for years.

"I've known Poo Poo [Cameron Diaz] since I was 14 years old," she shared in the April issue of Marie Claire. "We just happened to know each other before her career started, and I was working in a coffeehouse trying to refigure out my life."

That's right—the 41-year-old mother of two refers to her beautiful blond bestie as none other than Poo Poo. We suppose with nearly 30 years of friendship already in the books, the Golden Globe winner can call Diaz whatever she wants.

With two toddlers in her care—daughter Olive is 3 years old while daughter Frankie is approaching her second birthday—Barrymore might just have poo poo diaper changes and potty training on the brain. As the longtime actress would admit, parenting is a lot less glamorous than a Hollywood red carpet.

"I went to parent's night, and I wore some lipstick and concealer, and I thought the people at school looked at me kind of differently," she described to the magazine. "I normally come with acne, and Ugg boots, and I thought they were like, 'Oh That's nice, she made a little bit of an effort.'"

As a mother and mogul, who can blame Barrymore for going au natural when she wants? Even the actress sometimes beats herself up for failing to achieve the impossible.

"[Motherhood] is en emotional roller coaster," Drew told E! News exclusively in November. "You just care so much about how to be the best mom, the perfect mom—even though there's no such thing as perfection, you expect that of yourself."

Don't be mistaken-Barrymore's resume extends far beyond actress and mother. She founded her own production company in 2005, made her directorial debut with Whip It! in 2009, is an author and created the expanding Flower beauty, makeup, fragrance and sunglasses brand.

Despite her array of successes, Barrymore knew there was a time and place for everything.

"I really had to tell myself, You can do everything, but you will have to do them at different moments. And you can do a lot in the same moment, but you can't do everything in the same moment," she told the magazine. "It was a good lesson that you will just have to prioritize and put some things over here for a little while."

You go, girl!

The issue will be available on newsstands on March 22.
