Chris Klein has extra reason to celebrate his birthday today because he just announced that he and his wife, Laina Rose Thyfault, are about to become parents for the very first time.
"My beautiful wife Laina and I are expecting our first child," the proud father-to-be wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of his wife's baby bump.
"23 weeks along. Gratefully blessed on my 37th B-Day."
The American Pie actor married his longtime girlfriend in August of last year at the Rainbow Ranch in Montana, his publicist Jaime Primak Sullivan confirmed to E! News at the time.

"Laina and Chris wanted to stay true to the nature of Montana and chose native grasses, sage and flowers in a soft color palette to reflect the beauty of Montana," their wedding planner Jennifer Horsley of Habitat Events told People magazine.
The twosome had dated for almost four years before Klein finally popped the big question. Klein and Thyfault initially met at a mutual friend's wedding and the rest, as they say, is history.
