Soleil Moon Frye is glowing, thrilled about having a fourth child and finally feeling great after a difficult first few months of pregnancy.

Like many pregnant women, the 39-year-old actress, best known for her role on the '80s series Punky Brewster, combated morning sickness (aka all-day sickness) during her first trimester and part of her second.

"I was really sick the first four months and couldn't really stomach anything except for, you know, carbs, and was really, really having a hard time with keeping anything down. But other than that, I mean, I'm very blessed and feel very grateful," Frye told E! News exclusively.

"I mean, the first, like, three months of this pregnancy, I think I lived on waffles," she added. "Yeah, every day. I was like, I can only eat waffles and bread—toast, with butter."

Frye made her comments Thursday at the launch of the seventh Lindt Gold Bunny celebrity auction, benefiting Autism Speaks, at the Lindt chocolate shop in New York City.

Frye and husband and producer Jason Goldberg are parents to two daughters, Poet Sienna Rose, 10, and Jagger Joseph Blue, who will turn 8 this month, as well as son Lyric Sonny Roads, 2. The actress told E! News she does not know the sex of her upcoming arrival, who is expected to make his or her debut later this spring.

But Jagger has a hunch.

"I have a really good instinct that it's gonna be a boy," she told E! News.

Frye said she did not expect to have four children. Meanwhile, she's keeping busy taking care of her three.

"I'm feeling so great," she told E! News. "But I'm definitely, like, in the total pregnancy brain, you know, craziness of, OK, running after the other three, which is so crazy, and kids' schedules and trying to juggle it all and be pregnant and hormones and my husband's traveling, so I'm like, 'Aaah!' Any moment, I could just break down."

"I really do feel the one thing that's been really important to me has been, 'OK, if I'm gonna have this many children, I'd better raise really good kids that are incredibly empathetic and conscientious,'" she said. "So that's been my big mission, is like, as this family grows, to really try to raise the best kids I possibly can."
