The 28-year-old reality star recently deleted all of his Instagram photos Sunday, marking one of several social media purges he has carried out over the past year. He also unfollowed every person on his list and later re-added Blac Chyna, who he began dating in January, sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, Kourtney's ex Scott Disick and mom Kris Jenner.
Blac Chyna meanwhile posted a cryptic message on her Instagram page: "When you just get out of a relationship & your hoe friend welcomes you back into the World of Hoe." She later deleted the post.
After purging his page, Rob later shared a single pic: A stock photo of a birthday cake.
"Cake cake cake cake cake March 17th," he said, referring to his 29th birthday.
Rob has largely stayed away from the spotlight for more than a year. He was diagnosed with diabetes in December. In January, he stepped out with his new girlfriend. He has in recent weeks showcased a healthier, happier look and also moved into a new house near his family.
During what many fans dubbed his comeback, he also became more active on social media, even starting a Snapchat account. He has not used it for weeks. His Twitter account remains unchanged.
One of Rob's most recent Instagram posts among those he deleted was a photo of Blac Chyna.
"Love this woman right here so f--k y'all with your negative comments," he wrote.
Blac Chyna was seen jetting out of Los Angeles Friday with a friend. Rob was not spotted.
