While Kourtney Kardashian has not commented directly about ex Scott Disick's recent Mexican getaway, she is hurting.

Scott, father of the former couple's three children, was spotted this week soaking in the sun poolside in Puerto Vallarta with three models while drinking what appeared to be a beer and a mixed drink and smoking a cigarette. He had undergone rehab last year for substance abuse, following three past stints.

"A smile hides my pain, a hug masks my heartache, and a laugh covers my tears," Kourtney, 36, wrote on Twitter late Friday, quoting a viral quote.

After his Mexico trip, Scott, 32, had jetted off to Las Vegas to host a party at one of his favorite nightclubs, 1OAK. He has been spotted out partying several times since his latest rehab stint. At 1OAK, Scott hung out with NFL player Johnny Manziel and other friends at a VIP area and were spotted sipping cocktails and champagne, E! News has learned.

He talked to People at the venue about his vacation, saying he also spent time with male friends and that despite reports, he wasn't on a "crazy mission of destruction." He said in comments posted Saturday he was in rehab for "a lot of different reasons" but primarily for an addiction to sleeping medication and added he drinks "responsibly."

"The truth is I just [want] to live my life and I want to have a little happiness and a little balance," he said. "The truth is rehab did help me and now I'm just trying to be responsible. I'm not out here trying to get wasted, but you know what, I will have a beer on the beach. I'm not doing drugs, I'm not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax."

A source had told E! News, "It's very safe to say Scott is no longer interested in recovery. He's been drinking and partying for the last several weeks. This is what he wants. This is what he's choosing. The friends he's hanging out with aren't helping."

"I'm not sure I can stay home every single night at 32 years old and be sane," Scott told People. "In the end, I'm trying to live my life. I'm trying to live it healthy. I'm trying to be there for the people I love, which is Kourtney and kids, but you know what, we're not together."
