TwitterCan somebody please go and check up on Kotex? Something is not right over there. The wordsmith behind their Twitter account just posted some slight nonsense, and the Internet is not pleased. ICYMI: the tampon company tweeted the item below, complete with a cheesy nod to the new Ghostbusters film. Needless to say, Twitter ain't having it at all. This might just be as tasteless as when IHOP tweeted that sexist boob joke about their pancakes. One Twitter user replied perfectly, "Your ad is more painful than my period has ever been." I mean, right?

And then when one Twitter user tried to call them out, Kotex responded with a real gem. "Just trying to make light of that painful time of the month!" OH HELL TO THE NO.
