Just a day after the premiere of her worldwide tour, Adele is already making her fans' dreams come true.

After helping a pair of fans get engaged during her first show in Belfast, Ireland, the 27-year-old Grammy winner spared a few hours the following day to surprise a terminally ill 12-year-old girl named Rebecca Gibney.

A devoted fan of Adele's music for years, the child suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy and blindness and was told last year she would only have another six months to live, as reported by the BBC

Though the estimate has proven incorrect thus far, Rebecca's mother Tracy had been running a Facebook campaign for months to get the songstress' attention and encourage a visit. Finally, her efforts did not go unnoticed when she received a called from Adele's manager to schedule an introduction.

In photos acquired by the BBC, Adele joined Rebecca for a visit in her bedroom, where she is surrounded by stuffed animals. A mother to 3-year-old Angelo, the "When We Were Young" singer beamed with joy while watching over the little girl.

"It's made me feel like I'm the best mummy in the world which I never felt," Tracy told the BBC. "Adele told me I was the best mummy in the world, too."

The surprises didn't stop there. After spending some time with the young girl, Adele also gifted the family with tickets to her concert that evening as her guests. While Rebecca is not well enough to attend, we're sure the sentiment will never be forgotten.

"It's amazing. I'll never forget it," Tracy said. "I do know that when Rebecca passes away, she did get her dream come true."
