He makes us laugh, he makes us cry—from laughing—but when it comes to real estate, James Corden should probably just hire a professional.

In the name of entertainment, the 37-year-old host of The Late Late Show joined Million Dollar Listing's James Harris to sell a sweeping four bedroom, six bathroom Hollywood Hills mansion. "Rack City" rapper Tyga was the lucky client. Let the showing begin!

While presenting the 4,7000 square feet of posh surroundings, Corden relied on his refined improvisation skills to make up for his lacking real estate lingo.

For example, when it came time to show Tyga the staircase, he referred to it as a Juliette Binoche, also known as the Oscar-winning actress. We'll give him some props for his creative efforts.

While the comedian wasn't super thrilled about the comfort of the $80,000 couch or designer cocoon-shaped tub—"What if you want to bring a girl home?"—Corden was thrilled about one of the house's hidden features: a washer and dryer. "When should we sign?" he exclaimed excitedly.

Still, Corden thought one item was just not up to par for the 26-year-old.

"I think you're going to need a bigger bed," he told Tyga after measuring room for four people in between the sheets.

An element that was suitable for the musician was the shower. To check out the acoustics inside of it, Tyga rapped while Corden beat-boxed.

That's one concert we'd spend good money to see. As for Corden's future in real estate, well, that's not so certain.

"I would definitely say," Harris later told Corden, "Keep your night job."
