Kanye West took to Twitter again Wednesday to offer a piece of his mind...while talking about his mind.

The 38-year-old outspoken hip-hop star has often voiced his strong opinions on Twitter and has in recent weeks been more vocal online, amid the release of his new album, The Life of Pablo.

"People ask why I speak in a public forum...Well my voice is my power. Freedom of speech. Freedom of opinion. Freedom of dreams," he tweeted. "I'm not crazy I'm free. No slave mindset no more. I'm free. I'm free. I'm free."

On Wednesday, he began by directed his commentary toward recent 2016 Grammys, saying that while they are "super important," there are "so many cool artists whose hearts have been broken by the politics including mine." He did not attend the ceremony, where he was nominated for three awards and did not win any.

He called for a sit-down with Recording Academy President Neil Portnow so they could "make the Grammys culturally relevant again." Portnow later tweeted at him, "I'm not on Twitter but just hit me up and let's have that sit down."

One of the Grammys' big winners was Taylor Swift , who he now infamously mentioned in a track on his album. During an appearance at the 1OAK nightclub in West Hollywood Tuesday night, Kanye talked about Swift and her response to the track.

Last week, Kanye surprised the Twitterverse when he announced he is $53 million in debt and called upon Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to invest $1 billion into his "ideas." He later clarified he is "personally rich and I can buy furs and houses" for his family but needs "access to more money in order to bring more beautiful ideas to the world."

In addition to The Life of Pablo, Kanye recently debuted a new song not on the record, "Saint Pablo," also referred to as "Closest Thing to Einstein." He had it played during his 1OAK appearance. The track contains the lyrics, "Got friends that ask me for money knowin' I'm in debt / And like my wife said, I still didn't say no / People tryin' to say I'm goin' crazy on Twitter."

"I wrote Saint Pablo after admitting to my greatest shame my personal debt," Kanye tweeted. "But I'm not ashamed anymore."

"I'm proud as an entrepreneur that I gave everything I had to my dreams," he said. "I'm happy and free and proud and confident. I'm not crazy. I'm free. Free from being held back by public opinion."

"It's a beautiful time," he continued. "I love my friends. I love my family. I love people. The human race. You guys will see my heart. You guys will feel my heart. We will make a difference. I just had to start with shoes so that I could be economically empowered enough to have a voice."

Kanye has his own line of Adidas branded sneakers had debuted his new album at his Yeezy Season 3 fashion show in New York earlier this month.

"What is your definition of true freedom? There is no true freedom without economic freedom," he tweeted. "Respect to everyone working hard to keep a roof over their kids."

He later said, "I'm not even gon lie to you. I love me so much right now." Then he dropped another bombshell.

"New album coming this summer," he tweeted.

"I represent what people can't say," he said. "I love being a voice of freedom when so many people are scared to speak up. The world needs a guy like me. The world needs somebody to not be scared and tell his truth. You won't always agree with me but I'm gon always be me. I'm woke!"
