First, we learned the identity of Zoom on The Flash, and now we know who the Beast is on Teen Wolf!
(Spoiler alert!)
The Beast is...Mason (Khylin Rhambo)!
Scott and Liam finally tracked down those bloody sneakers in Mason's car and realized that Mason was the secret teenager trapped inside the Beast, just before Corey appeared to whisk a confused Mason away. So...that's not good!
That's especially bad news given what we learned about the Beast: once the Beast remembers his original identity, the teenager inside is forgotten.
The history of the Beast came courtesy of Crystal Reed, who played Allison's Argent ancestor Marie, who was shooting arrows into terrible beasts back in the 1700s. The first Beast turned out to be her brother, whose life she had to erase after it was revealed who he was.
Speaking of Allison, she's being replaced. Sort of. Papa and Grandpa Argent are attempting to turn Lydia into the badass hunter we've all known she could always be, and all we have to say is that it's about time that queen got the recognition she deserves.
The Teen Wolf season finale airs next Tuesday at 9 p.m. on MTV.
